We bill on a flat and hourly rate depending on the service. Invoices are sent electronically through QuickBooks. When customers receive an email, they can find a quote in PDF format with a full analysis of the scope of work located at the very bottom of the page. From there, clients can enter their payment details. Partial payments are excepted upon request. All estimates for any services must be approved and a 50% deposit must be collected before any service is rendered depending on the scenario.
